A centuries-old vampire cursed with a conscience, Angel has left the small California town of Sunnydale and the only woman he ever loved, Buffy, to take up residence in Los Angeles. Once there, he is immediately befriended by Doyle, a half-demon with visions. These visions, courtesy of The Powers That Be, alert Doyle when someone is in trouble. Angel also encounters another Sunnydale escapee, Cordelia Chase. Now, as the threesome join forces, perhaps the people in Doyle’s visions will have a chance at survival–and Angel may have the chance to redeem himself and save his own soul.

David Boreanaz is brilliant as the vampire Angel. His side kick does a pretty good job too. The storylines are excellent and the whole series is binge worthy watching.
