Carnival TV Review: A serial killer is on the loose on Carnival Row but the government turns a blind eye to the deaths of its lower class citizens. However Rycroft Philostrate, a police investigator (Orlando Bloom), is the only person willing to stop the murders and maintain the fragile peace. But when Vignette Stonemoss (Cara Delevingne) turns up the Burgue, she forces Philo to reckon with a past he’s trying to forget.

This tv series is full of fantasy, action, intrigue and mystery. Also the acting is good from the whole cast. Plus the special effects and cinematography are excellent.
