A young boy, Alex gets a doll called Chucky for his birthday. Unfortunately, Chucky possesses the spirit of serial-killing psychopath Charles Lee Ray, aka ‘the Lakeshore Strangler’. However the doll soon picks up where his creator left off, embarking on a gruesome killing spree. But all the evidence points to Alex.

This is a very original film and it is the best in the series. Also, the acting is brilliant and the voice work of Brad Dourif makes it very menacing.
