My Father the Hero Movie Review: A divorced man (Gerard Depardieu) takes his teenage daughter (Katherine Heigl) on vacation with him to The Bahamas. However she is desperate to appear as a woman and not a girl. So in order to impress a local boy Ben, she makes up more and more ridiculous stories.

This film is a great father and daughter story and is full of funny cringe worthy moments.
This film is not as good as the original French film which was released in 1991.
