Rocky Balboa is a debt collector for a loan shark in the slums of Philadelphia. His is also a small-time club fighter. However his trainer gives up on him. But Apollo Creed notices him and he gets a shot at the world heavyweight championship.

This first Rocky film is a classic. It’s also the best out of all the Rocky films. It is a great feel good movie with a well known soundtrack.
The rest of the Rocky films are a rating of 7*. They are still good however a bit more cheesy and don’t have the same impact as the first one.
