Ngoc Minh Quan is a former Vietnam War special operations forces soldier and runs a Chinese restaurant in London. When his teenage daughter Fan dies in a clothing store bombing, he seeks revenge. A group calling itself the “Authentic IRA” claims the bombing. Failing to get the names of the bombers from Scotland Yard, Quan next focuses on the Northern Ireland deputy First Minister. A game of cat and mouse then ensues as Quan tries to find the killers’ identities.

This thriller is full of action and drama. Also there are excellent fight scenes. Plus Jackie Chan plays his role well and the character is deeper than the happy go lucky characters he normally does.
