The Missing TV Review: Tony (James Nesbitt) and Emily Hughes (Frances O’connor) travel to France with their five-year-old son Oliver. Their family holiday turns into a nightmare when Oliver disappears into the crowd of a busy French street. The father loses patience with the police and their lack of motivation to search for Oliver, so he takes matters into his own hands and begins to form a private investigation.
The French detective is brilliant in these series. He is joined by other great actors that enhance the suspenseful script. The second series is just as good with Keeley Hawes.
